Items from warehouse 807 are available for delivery or collection from Albany, Auckland
Pickup is not available from any other warehouse
Items shipped from warehouse 826 are sent on NZ Post. Delivery to P O Boxes, NZ Post collection or Woolworths Collection addresses is available only on items from Warehouse 826
Items Shipped from NZ warehouse other than 826 are sent from various NZ suppliers (identified by their 3 digit number) . Items may be sourced from multiple suppliers, freight cost per supplier will be shown at checkout or by adding the items to your shopping cart them viewing the cart. Delivery is by NZ Couriers and delivery to P O Boxes, NZ Post collection or Woolworths Collection addresses is not available.
Delivery of items from warehouse 875 are sent direct from Australia to you on Auspost express
Delivery is not available to Chatham, Great Barrier, Stewart or any other islands except Waiheke Island.
Deliveries to Australia is via NZ Post airmail
Occasionally we may find our supplier to be out of stock when we order in the parts you have ordered from us, if this happens we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.
If an item is showing as “Out of Stock”, we still may be able to source an alternative for you so please feel free to contact us to inquire if it is available.

RETURNS
If you purchase an incorrect item, you can return it for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Items returned must be in the same condition as they were supplied and freight paid.
Delivery costs are not refundable
Refunds will be made via the same form of payment you used to purchase the item
